Anyone who has built a house before will understand that there are issues and problems that arise almost everyday. Jay and his team met the challenges of building a one-off custom home in head on and proactively. Jay always had a number of solutions and worked collaboratively to get the best outcome possible. There was a big modification that had to made after he had done a lot of work already as the architects drawings were wrong. On other projects, with different framers I would have expected to be charged for the change. However Jay and his team made the change at no additional charge.
